Select a doctor in the "Our Doctors" section, open their profile and click "Book an appointment". Then specify a convenient date and time — the system will offer available slots. After confirmation, you will receive a reminder and a video meeting link in your personal account.
Dr.ON features certified doctors of various specialties: therapists, pediatricians, neurologists, cardiologists, dermatologists and other specialties. Each specialist has their documents and diplomas verified before being admitted to consultations.
The connection to the platform is protected by encryption, medical data is stored in accordance with personal data processing requirements. Access to consultation history is available only to you and the involved doctor; we do not transfer information to third parties without your consent.
A standard online appointment lasts up to 30 minutes — this is usually enough to discuss complaints and recommendations. If necessary, the doctor may offer a follow-up visit or a referral for an in-person examination.
The possibility of issuing a prescription depends on the legislation of your country and the policy of the specific doctor. During the consultation, the doctor will explain what documents or prescriptions you can receive electronically, and when an in-person visit will be required.
